I fell in love with healthcare over 30 years ago. I worked my way up, starting as a filing clerk.  As an employee, I shared frustrations with broken systems and inefficient processes. As a leader, I worked hard to create culture and change strategies, creating highly functioning clinics.  As a compliance officer, I understand operations and can help drive accountability and structure while helping to generate profitable operations. Healthcare has become extremely complicated over the decades, I use my experience to simplify the process. For the first time, we have 5 generations in the workplace, creating cultural problems. Working under the John Maxwell Certified Leadership Team, I learned how to drive leadership even further while working with DISC assessments and team building.
